Connect Stripe to get paid
ZenMeet uses Stripe to handle your members’ subscriptions. Connect your Stripe account once, and every payment goes straight to your bank — ZenMeet never holds your money.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Your classroom page is set up and has a custom URL.
- You have your legal name, address, and bank details handy.
- You’re in a country Stripe supports.
Connect your account
Section titled “Connect your account”-
Open your payment settings — from your teacher dashboard, go to Settings → Payments.

Start the connection — click Connect with Stripe to begin Stripe’s secure onboarding.

Complete Stripe’s onboarding — Stripe asks for your business details and payout bank account. Most teachers choose Individual.

Return to ZenMeet — your payment settings show Stripe connected and your Join button goes live.
Set your monthly price
Section titled “Set your monthly price”Set what members pay in Settings → Payments → Membership price. The price appears on your public classroom page’s Join button.
How payouts work
Section titled “How payouts work”| What | Details |

| First payout | Around 7 days after your first successful payment. |
| After that | Automatic, on a rolling daily schedule. |
| Fees | Stripe’s processing fee is deducted from each payment. |
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Stripe says my account needs more information
Open Settings → Payments → Manage on Stripe and complete the requested steps — payouts pause until you do.
I connected the wrong Stripe account
Go to Settings → Payments and choose Disconnect, then connect again with the right account.
